Any up-zones should be neighborhood specific - with neighborhood review & approval. Current plan does not allow for enough affordable or low income housing!

There is no evidence that housing costs correlate to housing stock. High salaries explain 60% of housing price while low inventory explain 20%.

With our current political situation it is hard to focus on anything else. Many of us already feel powerless. Please don't take out power away by destroying our neighborhoods any more.
