I am against any more data centers, Virginia has it fair share of them and we are struggling with water problems here in Frederick Co. not a good fit.

Beautiful rural farmland that can never be reclaimed. No matter what you hear they use a lot of water! When in doubt, don’t is my motto. Follow communities on social media that wish they stood up and said no to data centers. Notice the reasons why. And, we sure as hell don’t need to offer them economic dollars. All I see are communities that are saying no. Not giving them money to come. Thanks for offering a chance to sign this petition!

I appreciate that the county needs to build more revenue, but this is not the way to do it. As a community, we are already struggling with meeting electric and water demands. This would put a devastating burden on us that a bag of Data center cash can't fix.

Water and electrical grid are both stretched to their maximum. Preserve what little rural land is left instead of chasing tax revenue.

We have seen what the proliferation of Data Center has done in surrounding communities. I am against such facilities in Frederick County, Virginia. I find them an environmental and aesthetic threat to the beauty, heritage and quality of life here in the upper Shenandoah Valley.
