There are already 685 data centers in Virginia.. over 200 just in loundon County…. Noise pollution… higher Electric bills… they are all automated so no real jobs…. Send them to Maryland!

I live in Kernstown. Depending on which way the wind is blowing, my neighborhood gets Trex noise and “fragrance “. I do not want another industry that will impact the quality of our environment.

Data centers should not be pulling from citizens’ electric. They need nuclear power not electric grids that are already burdened.

The high voltage wires emit harmful electromagnetic radiation. There will not be a negative impact on our county in terms of health and no net positive financial outcome.

Our neighborhood is near. Unless they want to use their heat to heat my home free of charge, there is no benefit and many downsides- adverse effects to property value, environmental degradation, increased cost of our utilities, etc. I strongly oppose this project.

Visually, ecologically, and culturally, data centers have no place in Winchester, Frederick County, or anywhere in the Shenandoah Valley. Keep them away!
