We just moved from that area, so sad of what it is to become. There is NO place for so much building

Way too much traffic in that area already, not to mention building above an old junk yard. Also next to a suspicious recent strip mall fire.

Stop the overdevelopement and traffic congestion that plague our town!

This area simply cannot accommodate any more housing and does not need any more retail space with so much already sitting empty.

Stop the building!! Our town can’t handle this congestion! It’s becoming unbearable! Make use of all the vacant buildings in the area.

I’m not a Toms River resident but I live 5 mins away in a bordering town. In this area all the time. We don’t need this. Too much traffic on rt9 already & it will Cause more traffic, wildlife issues & be right up against neighbors who moved for peace & quiet!

We need the local governments to take the responsibility to curb the dense overdevelopment of Northern Ocean County. Our current infrastructure of roadways cannot handle this. It will deteriorate our home values and quality of life in the area.

Why have rules if you don’t adhere to them, no 3 story buildings and not enough acreage.
