Too many buildings, im assuming also not affordable like the already new downtown apartments. And desperately want to keep the Hasidic jewish out of our community as they pay NO contributions towards others and they do not follow our laws.

I would have liked to attend this meeting, but I have a zoning board meeting in Jackson fight a junk yard. Right on the headwaters of the Metedeconk and Toms River. Yep that's what our mayor and council call clean ratable. Anyhow, I'm sure that application will go into the new year. Environmental concerns and quality of life issues are key to this one. NO MORE! Stop the madness! There is not enough infrastructure to handle all of this overdevelopment. One of these days Route 9 is going to collapse.

No, what good is zoning if all you have to do is get a variance? Will a traffic study be done? Water run-off plan? The needs of the area (traffic, utilities, schools, parks, etc )and what it can support should come before any variances....
