You know we need trees to produce oxygen. That stuff we humans breath. And trees remove a lit of crap from the air. Save the trees.

This type of building does not belong in our semi rural town. It would be terrible to remove the woods that make Toms River a desirable place to live

This should not go forward- this area is much too over developed!! I moved into the North Dover area in 1963 - have seen a lot of changes. Most of them in last 10 years have not benefited the residents in any way!! STOP this NOW!!!

why do we keep building & adding to the population with no thought to how these people & us are going to move around. Rte. 9 is a 2 lane rd, not big enought

We are already beyond capacity for road traffic in this part of TR. And, given its close proximity to Lakewood, I highly doubt this housing will be for just anyone in town.
