Stop tearing down trees. There are dead deer everywhere! Traffic is already horrendous.

I live in this area and have seen expansional growth over the years but to cut down more trees and build a 3 story building is uncalled for. In the same proximity there have been many new builds and by law many were affordable/low income housing. I appreciate this for those who are disabled, seniors and struggling to make ends meet. We can live in nice and safe areas that are beautiful, close to stores and road ways, and have safe and efficient housing. More strip malls of stores, 3 story buildings and residential areas is a bit excessive!!! That part of town is so congested to begin with. People who just bought the new townhouses in the area also don’t want the increase in congestion, noise, pollution and accidents.

It has to stop!! The roads, infrastructure, water runoff, and the ecological balance is being destroyed!! We are also getting boxed in with traffic. Can’t use Cross St and now cox Cro!! What about the fact that the Lakewood Rt 9 backup is crazy. They want to extend it?? Good Luck!!

Area is already over crowded. Traffic is already a nightmare. No to this project. Find another place or town to put it.

We can hardly pull out of Walden Woods onto Whitesville anymore. Can't imagine what MORE construction , building and traffic will do to this area. The congestion is ALREADY HORRENDOUS.

I live adjascent to these woods. Which is housing many of the animals that have been forced out of all the surrounding woods that have recently been destroyed. Turkeys wandering Route 9 - never in my 40 years in Toms River have I witnessed this before all this construction in northern Toms River.
