The are already to many accidents on Cox Crow Road and Whitesville. With an entrance to Joseph Citta School near by, this not a good idea to build this development on Cox Crow and Rt. 9.

There has already been a ton of residential areas built in the past 5 years within half a mile of this spot! Too much traffic will bring down the current quality of life for the residents!

Please do not allow this plan to be passed. The current laws and land requirements are there did a reason. A project this size absolutely will impact the entire area and MUST follow all requirements. To start allowing anyone to come in with huge projects only to do so without following current laws would be completely h just to all those already living in this community.

Over development running rampant in this area. Infrastructure can’t handle it. Accidents in this area on a daily basis. Traffic is intolerable

This proposed development will add to the chaotic development that has occurred in this congested region.
I oppose this project. There needs to be along term strategy that meets needs but protects our environment.
