No to more building in this area of Toms River - it is outrageous what they are doing to this section. NO NO NO the traffic is awful here already without more people and cars. We need the woods around us because the animals have no where to go and we need this environment of trees. We left the city for the country atmosphere and we are losing it everyday. No More Building!

NO. This section of Rte. 9 can NOT handle anymore traffic. The artist's rendering of this project is extremely misleading at best and nothing more than a blatant lie. NO.

Reject this proposal. Rt 9 is already overburdened. Protect our twp. That is what you were elected to do.

No more building and obviously not enough acreage to build

no need to increase traffic and build on every spot that has trees. The developers have enough money and have ruined this entire Toms River and Lakewood area.

I live right around the corner from this. Cox crow and route 9 can’t handle anymore traffic. And like we need more strip malls. Toms River is bursting with empty stores thar went belly up.

Rt. 70 is a nightmare. We need to stop the take over of Toms River by a certain ethnic group. We left our home up north because we were the minority. Enough already. Sad but true.

Moved down here to get away from crowed housing and park-like surroundings. I don't need to pay more for something I was trying to get away from.

The public roads that they don't want to pay taxes on cannot support the traffic.I would like to not pay taxes so i could afford a bigger home

We do not want or need this. This will add too much traffic to an already busy intersection. We do not want traffic going through our neighborhood as well to reach these buildings

too many accidents at that intersection already, too much traffic and people from lakewood would be moving in turning apts. to slums.

Absolutely not. This site is entirely too close to residential area, and even more importantly, an elementary school!
