Collier county offers more than enough housing. This is not necessary. People chise to live in the area in question because it is less dense. The builder should go elsewhere.

We moved here because of the way the estates are set up allowing us to stay out of “city “ life. Personaly I would like to see no more building out here

I live on Cherry Wood. I moved here to be in nature. I consider myself a warden of my area. I live in a 200 year old cypress strand. It's painful to watch people move into wooded areas and remove ALL of the trees. I have bear, armadillo, opossum, raccoons, jaguarmundi, gopher tortoise, swallowtail kite, hawks, great crested flycatcher and so much more. As do my neighbors that want to keep this sanctuary alive. When someone buys on speculation to rezone, it's a gamble and sometimes one loses when gambling. This person should NOT be allowed to hurt others by his greed. We fought before when it was condos or cemetery. We were given an ultimatum then. Now we are facing another travesty because of greed. We need laws protecting this from happening. What we have is you. Please, save our way of life.
