I am against any reasoning to allow for additional home to be built on smaller acreage sites.

This is not the area to build 44 homes on Cherrywood. All of us have large lots and we like it that way, this is why we moved here, try it out further in the estates, maybe they will go for it!!

Stop changing the Golden Gate Estates zoning for both residential and commercial. Roads can't handle the traffic and destroying woodlands destroys wildlife.

There are no other houses to be built there. The road is so wonderful and it should stay that way

This property is zoned estates and should stay that way. There is enough new construction happening that is reducing open space. Being this is within the current estates zoning, build as is zoned currently or leave as is. Why must higher density continue to be approved. It is time that it is first considered how the proposed improvements will benefit the wildlife first.

Do not allow this to happen!

This will ruin the area, with all the extra traffic and decimate the wildlife

Shouldn’t that review and ultimate decision be made by the 38 some homeowners who actually live here and have to contend with the day to day impact?????

I agree that it is a bad idea on so many levels.

There is no good reason to allow building in a neighborhood zoned estates.
