We bought on our street to have land and not houses up against us.

There's an example of this off of 951, I believe it's at the end of 5th Ave SW. It's not good. The estates are larger land parcels for a reason. If someone wants to put 44 homes on 17.5 acres, purchase property that's zoned for that. Don't take away our rights.

Don’t change the zoning of Logan Woods or the Estates as we moved here to not be that close to the next home or traffic

People bought in this neighborhood and want to live there because of it’s current character and it is wrong to allow development that is contrary to that. There is enough development in Naples already. Greed and overdevelopment will ruin Naples for the people who have chosen to live here.

We oppose changes to the existing zoning requirements for the properties of Logan Woods! We feel such a change to the density of subdivided lands would add to the burden of environmental damage, traffic logistics and overall quality of life for residents and wildlife! Stop the madness of unrestricted growth!

It would be a disgrace to destroy the integrity of this community.

The rules are there for a reason. They should stand. We don't need all the extra traffic also

This is an attempt to profit at the expense of an established community. The rules governing subdividing are clear and must stand. To more than double the number of existing homes in the community at the whim of one owner would be reprehensible.
