Funny how one style that they're offering for girls wouldn't have been allowed previously

If I'm being forced to buy certain trousers I should at least be able to buy some that will fit...

Unnecessary expense, quite ridiculous and to claim a majority of parents support it is a blatant falsehood.

The uniform is of very poor quality & high cost. My daughter is size 10-12 & 6 feet tall, there is no way that the new trousers will fit!!

My son currently adheres to school uniform including the trousers. He is soon to be in his last year and I currently have school trousers in the size up. Gov policy states schools should have a choice of where to buy the uniform from. Obviously Comberton disregards this. Up till this point we at least had choice for skirts/trousers. Soon, no choice whatsoever. Why should we be penalised for those who flout the current school uniform?!

After taking issue with the school over their uniform policy, I was told by school officials that there would be a uniform consultation. I was never notified of one, and here we go again. Ridiculous uniform policy.

The school should be worrying about exam levels not trousers

This would be acceptable if the transition stage was longer than 4 months. For myself I have just spent £50 on new trousers which would still fit in September and also essential clothing are poor quality items & also charge delivery & returns adding to the cost.

I have 2 very long legged skinny kids at CVC, I shopped around for ages to find trousers that would fit them nicely and wouldn't result in them being bullied. Once I found them I bought them in every size I could so I had a supply. No way am I being forced to pay almost £20 a pair!
