My son is very slight and I have also bought him narrow slim fit from m&s, I can't see these fitting him without making him look like he's wearing clown trousers!

why are the parents of children who already wear school approved trousers being punished. Just keep pulling up the kids who don't comply they will eventually get the message. But if fashion is more important to them than a good education then that's their problem. Maybe start fining the parents?! It's them that buy the unsuitable uniform for their kids in the first place.

Very expensive for a pair of trouser especially when you have to buy a few and am sure that you could get the same style cheaper elsewhere. Would be better to have to buy from a particular couple of styles only.

When you interrupt a girls school day to force her to change clothes or send her home because her skirt is too short or her trousers are too tight, you're telling her that making sure boys have a 'distraction free' learning environment is more important than her education.
All the children wear the required jumper and shirt. I do not see how the width of their trousers effects their education. Clearly Cvc are focused more on the schools appearance than the children's well-being and education. Stop trying to turn every child into insignificant robots rather than letting them find themselves.

Baggy trousers with a baggy jumper does not look anywhere near as smart as skinnier legged trousers with the jumper, and if they are to provide skinnier trousers why have they made such a fuss about them in the past?

I think it is disgusting that girls are being told they can't wear trousers that they are comfortable in because it may cause distraction to the boys learning. How about we stop promoting victim blaming and teach the boys to keep their eyes away, the fact that 15 year old are being sexualised in this way disgusts me. Boys never seem to have a problem with their trousers and so should not be forced into paying for new ones.

This is ridiculous I can not afford to spend over £10 on a pair of trousers because of a logo

Your uniform rules are clear enough as they are. There truly is no need to enforce a monopoly situation here where the price is at least twice what you can pay for acceptable clothes from alternative suppliers. If the school's supplier can't compete on cost, bending the marketplace is not the way to go.

I thoroughly uphold school uniform but many parents will not be able to afford these prices.

I can purchase boys school uniform trousers much more cheaply and why should we be penalised for the few who do not stick to the agreed uniform.

Disgusting behaviour - parents ought to have a choice where they source uniforms from, especially given pricing.
