I am opposed to the proposed development of apartments at the corner parcel of Brenford Rosd and Rabbit Chase Lane.

We are against this proposed building of apartments as this will bring more traffic on Brenford Road. With all the houses being built, i.e.: Worthington, Willowwood, The Crossings at Willowwood, Brenford Station, and now the new Head Start, the traffic is at times over flowing. If there are 300plus apartments proposed, then we will never get out of our development. It will also bring our property values down which we are not happy about.

We are opposed for all of the reasons listed by our neighbors, plus the proximity to the school on Rabbit Chase.

We are residents of Willowwood and echo the concerns that our neighbors across the road in Hickory Hollow and Worthington have raised regarding the proposed construction of 384 apartments at the corner of Brenford & Rabbit Chase. This is a very self-serving and short-sighted proposal that would benefit the developer only. It certainly would NOT be in harmony with adjoining or nearby neighborhoods. Residents opposing this idea are encouraged to email Town of Smyrna Board of Adjustment Chairman, our County Commissioner P.Brooks Banta and Trey Paradee our State Rep. and encourage denial of the developer's Application for Special Exception. This application is tentatively scheduled to be heard at the October 28th Town of Smyrna Board of Adjustment Public Hearing.

Let's finish all the communities on Brendord Rd first. Almost all of them are half finished and has been for years!

I've been a resident of Smyrna all of my life and every apartment complex they build turns into an eyesore. As someone who is currently building a home in Hickory Hollow I did not sign up to live next to apartments again. The brenford is busy enough as it is. We need to stick with single family homes and builders that care about their communities.

Most people in this development are already under water on their homes due to the economy and poor banking decisions. This would be detrimental for numerous reasons. I'll move immediately and cut my losses.

This is a terrible idea. We moved out of Middletown due to congestion and problems with a low income neighborhood nearby that brought our tow home value down and brought crime to the area. We love Smyrna and don't want to see the same thing repeated here. LC homes promise only single family homes, town homes and duplexes to us that purchased homes. Do not let them go back on their word!!!!!!

Not only would apartments affect the resale value of our homes, noise, traffic and crime rates- I moved to Smyrna to get away from the congestion of the city, for the open land and fresh air. I love that I can see the sunrise in my backyard. These apartments would obstruct that view. My peaceful Mornings over looking an empty field would be replaced by string at buildings. I WILL put my home yo for sale if this happens. Smyrna will lose good taxpaying residents

I don't ever want to live by an apartment complex. This was not shared when I purchased my home or I would have reconsidered.

No apartments in the area, we don't need the aggravation and criminal element that comes with people who have no investment in their homes or communities. The majority of criminal activity is caused by the children/grandchildren of renters.

The Cspanos need to complete - start to finish Worthington, WillowWood & Lake Ccuomo before starting another complex that gets half finished. None of these communities homes will bring re-sale values that they should as who wants to move into a development that has streets unfinished, flooding streets, unmowed vacant lots, improper street lighting , incomplete driveways etc ..

Too much congestion. Need to slow down the influx of bodies into the town. Let's worry about doing things to increase the property value for the current residents of this town rather than increasing the volume
