I moved here because it was a nice community and I liked it,however I'm going to say what nobody else will.....Apartments bring in criminals....it doesn't matter how you sugar coat it,I just moved from a beautiful community to here because I was tired of having my property robbed for everything that wasn't bolted down because the people from the apartments had sticky fingers....
This will happen here too.

I am totally against apartments being constructed at the corner of brenford road and rabbit chase lane!!!! I live directly across from that location and can only think of the negative impact it would have on this and surrounding communities. Our community is not even close to completion and this will only crowd the area, negatively affect property value and taxes and not to mention other issues that may involve police intervention. This says a lot and then doesn't say much about the business sense of the builder LC Homes and Worthington because clearly they don't care about the value and quality of most of the homeowners that are keeping and making this community! They need to come up with a different strategy to complete this community instead of ruining it with what is effectively deemed as temporary hoising.

My home backs up to Rabbit Chase where my home will be in full view of these proposed apartments. I do NOT want, who knows how many apartments over looking my backyard. I do not want transients coming and going and I certainly do not want my property values to go down. When we purchased our home we were under the impression Hickory Hollow would come all the way to Rabbit Chase and connect with Worthington. I also do not want to feel uncomfortable and unsafe in my own backyard. Apartment complexes bring trouble.....no matter how "luxurious" they try and sell them. I do not want to deal with the added noise of multiple apartments within ear range of my home. I also do not want added traffic. With single family homes there would be less cars but with apartments there would be triple if not quadruple the amount of traffic. A apartment complex would also stick out like a sore thumb mixed in with single family homes that range from the 180's to the 300+ range. One more added thing......LC Homes was supposed to build a clubhouse in Worthington. It was promised for many many years then suddenly scrapped. Why would we want a builder to build more buildings when they can't even follow through on finishing their original jobs/neighborhoods first.
