Instead of culling we should be aiming for some form of contraception, in their food for example.

Funny how we use different words to describe the same thing. When it's humans it's called mass murder! We as humans have NO basic nature rights to kill (cull) any animal. Leave nature to sort itself out.

put up signs, telling people NOT to feed the seagulls, with a fine if they do. They have this in Torbay and the seagulls don't harass the people for food.
