A free man doesn't need permission from the government. The only assault is on our 2nd amendment rights.

I do not support a ban on the weapons listed in this document. There are common sense gun laws that I would gladly support but not this.

The "assault weapon" hysteria is aimed at plain old semi-automatic weapons, that happen ti look like real assault weapons that can fire automatically, and which have been restricted since the mid-1930s..

It says "We the People" at the beginning of the Constitution not we the government... Hope this stand works and we get enough signatures!!

Its inconceivable to me that Delaware Legislators are even considering this Bill. This is disarmament of the populace and disabling the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution. Not to mention it is ignoring our State Constitution.

Vote no on the so called "Assault Weapons Ban" anything can be used as an assault weapon. Besides, the Second Amendment recognizes our right to bear arms and does not specify which ones!

I have been a legal gun owner and a Military Veteran that legally owns guns. I have never broken a law, why are you stripping me of my rights? Guns are not the problem. Stop letting bad people become habitual offenders. We cater to the the criminals and criminalize the innocent.

Leave guns alone! You can’t legislate evil out of this world. By committing a crime with a gun, that person is a criminal not following the law already in place. You will only attempt to take guns from the good guys who only stand to stop the evil.
