This legislation is outright offensive and demeaning to Delaware’s young adults who are otherwise allowed to vote, join the military, and exercise every other constitutionally guaranteed right.

Stop punishing the masses for the actions of the few. Might as well ban cell phones as more people die texting and driving than anything close to guns.

Bans are never a solution, we learned this lesson with Prohibition and the expired federal AWB which the Columbine shooting followed. Stop infringing on the rights of the law abiding.
