I am an "unaffiliated" voter and will never vote for any legislator or candidate that supports the proposed gun control bill.

When are you people going to realize that we don't have a gun problem,we have a people problem.drunk drivers kill more people than guns, yet we aren't banning cars.an ar15 is just a semi automatic like most of the pistols out there is is not automatic, nor is it an assault rifle.you want to did-arm us and leave us sitting ducks for the criminals in this world.let me ask you this, who do you call when you are in need of help? men with guns, right?wake up people.

Legislators are making a law with no knowledge of firearms at all. These so called “assault weapons” which are not what the military uses are not the problem and banning them will do nothing to solve the problem of mass murder. I would invite anyone that disagrees to checkout the statistics related to other countries that have banned guns altogether. In most cases gun crime increased and now knife crime is through the roof. It’d also be a good idea to research the results of DC’s handgun ban and it’s effect on crime rate. In any case the idea of legislation protecting citizens from criminals, whom by definition defy laws, is idiotic to say the least.

I moved from Maryland to Delaware because the local government was becoming overbearing and overtaxing and I saw Delaware as a much better alternative if this legislation passes I'm seriously will consider relocating once again. And when I Federal level I feel that this legislation would infringe on my 2nd Amendment right within within the Constitution which no state has the right to infringe on

The "assault weapons" ban is unconstitutional and senseless. The knee-jerk reaction to a non existent problem will do nothing to solve a problem that doesn't exist. Please vote against this bill

Banning any kind of rifle from a law abiding citizen is just plain Unconstitutional. It's called the Bill of Rights not the Bill of needs!

No more consessions. Law abiding citizens should not be punished by the actions of citizens that commit these atrocities.

Guns aren't the problem, it's a people problem.. people with bad intentions will always find a way to harm others, stricter gun laws will accomplish nothing..
