Responsible gun owner should not have to suffer for the actions of criminals. The ban is unconstitutional and will not decrease crime in Delaware.

Ad a democrat, and a pro 2a supporter, this bit of grandstanding will force a great many of us to the other side of the aisle. You may end up making DE as red as PA.

My civil liberties are not dependent on what others are able to comprehend them. The constitution does not specify that I have to explain why I "need" my rights.

I stand against the weapons banned, it only hurts good civilians. It also gives bad guns the upper hand. They will just get there firearms off the street. You can not stop evil from doing evil.
