Enforce current gun laws

as a law abiding citizen i say no to this bill

The majority of gun owners in this country are LEGAL gun owners. The elected politicians in this state swore an oath to protect the Constitution of The United States and the state of Delaware. They should be protecting the constitutional rights of the majority, not the minority. The criminals with their illegal guns are the only ones to benefit from these unless feel good laws. Legislators are chipping away at our legal rights little by little. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

I will stand firmly against all laws or politicians that limit the liberties of law abiding citizens. If politicians can't come up with bills that stop criminals without stripping rights, then it's time to replace them. I am so sick of the progressive left ( pronounced Communist) and their anti Constitution agenda. I can back the mental health on background checks, but am unwilling to accept laws that are in violation of the Constitution and I veiw banning of anything from those who have not broken the law a violation.

I am a law abiding gun owner and this bill only penalizes those of us that would legally purchase and own these semi-automatic rifles which only look like military assault rifles. Why is the true issue behind these shootings not being addresses. The person doing the killings, and what led them to commit these acts. Be it bullying, mental illness or some other factor. This bill will not keep the guns out of the hands of criminals, only law abiding citizens. There should be laws passed that would provide help to the abused and mentally ill. Laws to stop bullying in our school and punish those that do it. The people that carry out these attacks are the problem that needs to be addressed. They will still find a way to harm people. They will get their hands on illegal guns, use knives or even use vehicles. Unless a way to stop the person is found they will just choose another weapon.

I oppose all of the bans and current gun control legislation.

NO gun control legislation is going to stop someone who wants to kill from doing so. If not with a gun, then with a car, or a pressure cooker bomb. Criminals, or mental cases, don't pay any attention to laws anyway.

Democrats are slowly eroding our constitution and need to be removed out of office.

Stop infringing on our rights to fulfill a political agenda and start working on real safety solutions.

We know what you're doing & it is unacceptable. Take it from a lifelong resident of "gun-free" New Jersey with ever increasing crimes and restrictive gun laws.

These bills are nothing but an attemp to infringe on the second amendment. Election time can not get here soon enough!

I am against Any gun legislation that weakens my 2nd amendment rights

Plain and simple leave my rights alone

Don't infringe on our second amendment rights because of the actions of some troubled individuals that aren't even from our state.
