I the people just want assurance of my 2nd amendment right to bear arms in the same way and manner as interpreted in past when it became excepted 2nd Amendment. I ask you make this simple By ( NOT ) trying to change an interpretation of a sentence so clear of its intent and purpose. To give The people an equal chance + right of defending ourselves against our own government simply by having the same weapons or tools. In today’s times It seems like people have lost The true meaning and reason for the second amendment and what so many fought and died for here in the USA. This is not some conspiracy of someone crazy. These are my opinions solely on the facts.

This ban is unconstitutional. The wording in the 7th and the 2nd Amendment says that this amendment shall not be infringed and this is what Delaware lawmakers seek to do.

Since HS 1 for HB 330, HB 375 and SB 163 will not reduce crime or mass shootings in gun free Unarmed Victim Zones, they must be intended to further deny the law-abiding hunting, sport shooting and armed defense communities of Delaware the rights guaranteed under our State Constitution to the enjoyment and benefits of these pursuits.

The “assault weapons” ban will do nothing to take the firearms out of criminals hands. It will only make criminals out of law abiding citizens!
