I am against firearm restrictions. We need more people restrictions. Enforce our current laws.

I as a person who has grown up around guns think everything you are trying to do is wrong . As a law bidding person taking the right to have guns is wrong .
We should be working on mental health issues and bullying enstead of taking guns away .
Please focus on the real reason not guns thank you

SB 163 is an affront to both the US and DE Constitutions and no Law Abiding DE Citizen can or should be denied their right to own/keep/purchase/use any firearm they wish for any lawful purpose (sport, hunting, personal protection, home defense, investment, etc.) as they are not a criminal and have committed no crime that would prohibit their right to keep and bear arms.

Read the Constitution!!! This is an inalienable right given by God, not country. It's criminals who use guns for evil. New laws like this will not stop the criminals from doing what they do against law-abiding citizens. Enforce laws already on the books.
