The second amendment gives us our rights to own guns. It specifically States it shall not be infringed. Have we come to the day where tyranny rules over law. Infringing on any gun is wrong. Evil lies in the heart of the individual. The gun is just a tool used in the right way is a very effective means to stop evil. Unfortunately we have certain law-breakers to think they can pick up these tools and use them for a wrong. That does not make them law-abiding citizens that makes them criminals. To punish innocent people who have had done nothing for the actions of someone who is he is wrong. Never in history have I ever seen rights taken away and then given back. We do not live in a communist country nor will I ever live in a communist country. Our forefathers knew what they were doing when they put this document together. So I appeal to you all to stand up for gun rights in the all the decent and good law-abiding citizens of this country. Every single politician that is under the White House today sworn oath to uphold the Constitution. If you pass any bill against it then you are guilty of not upholding Constitution.
