70 plus percent of gun charges goes unprosecuted/dropped in this state and we're going to create MORE laws to punish LAW ABIDING Delawarians???

If we give an inch, "they" will "take" a mile. I believe that we can make where we all live safer by educating EVERYONE about Gun Safety & Proper Gun Storage in homes, to keep Guns not as easily accessible to children.
