Too much traffic already at this intersection, don’t believe the minor increase in traffic per the study presented at a meeting will not significantly impact an already congested intersection. And keep the view of the unique Point of Pride, Camelback Mountain, an amenity that provides great vale for neighborhoods and for all.

44th St and Camelback is already a traffic congested corner; raising the height to add more hotel rooms will only make it worse. Noise in this area already echoes off Camelback; this height will further exacerbate the problem!

The proposed 75 height requirement is not in keeping with this Camelback/Arcadia neighborhood. It is much to high and sets a precedent for redevelopment of other nearby parcels. A 75 tall building will forever destroy the residential aspect of this neighborhood.

I oppose this height - it is much too high and not in keeping with the area. I am a Phx Native and I want to keep the desert and mountain views, along with the neighborhood historic
character.

56 feet is more than high enough to make a reasonable profit at this location. A 75-foot entitlement will only turn that intersection into a mini downtown, not in keeping with the general plan, not good for the surrounding neighborhoods, and not preserving the feel of Arcadia.

I am a lifelong resident of this neighhood. I believe the city is obligated to adhere to the previous agreements on height at this intersection in the interests of the current residents.

Keep the height to 56' and absolutely do not increase height or density of the proposed 75'.

I adamantly oppose any height of redevelopment over 56 feet.
