Too much traffic already at this intersection, don’t believe the minor increase in traffic per the study presented at a meeting will not significantly impact an already congested intersection. And keep the view of the unique Point of Pride, Camelback Mountain, an amenity that provides great vale for neighborhoods and for all.

Keep the height to 56' and absolutely do not increase height or density of the proposed 75'.

44th St and Camelback is already a traffic congested corner; raising the height to add more hotel rooms will only make it worse. Noise in this area already echoes off Camelback; this height will further exacerbate the problem!

Very against the prostitution of our neighborhood to big business! We have enough growth and need to stop to preserve the charm of Arcadia and Camelback... Stop the madness!!!

This area is not zoned for the height. Let’s keep it that way to preserve the area.

I know investors and the city look for revenue generating investments but this is not something the community wants... Only the investors and City. Please don't build the structure there

This is not the place for such a tall building. They belong downtown. A tall building would block the view of the mountains and adversely affect the value of homes in the area.

The City of Phoenix must stop this aggressive growth of both retail and residential monstrosities the City is ruining beautiful views of our mountains for the sake of making more money in taxes. Not only should commercial buildings be limited in height but even residences are going above the code for height and the City simply turns its head. The City needs to stop its antics.

The proposed 75 height requirement is not in keeping with this Camelback/Arcadia neighborhood. It is much to high and sets a precedent for redevelopment of other nearby parcels. A 75 tall building will forever destroy the residential aspect of this neighborhood.

I oppose this height - it is much too high and not in keeping with the area. I am a Phx Native and I want to keep the desert and mountain views, along with the neighborhood historic
character.
