I live in New Malden - not on the official flightpath. But we have excessive noise and vibration from continuous flights over our house. How is this allowed to happen?

I grew up on the flight path in the Richmond area and my parents still live there. While staying over the other day I was woken early by the first planes flying overhead. I can only imagine how much worse the noise is for those who live closer to the airport.

There is so much noise pollution already, any expansion would be detrimental! Not to mention all the other associated problems!
