the noise produced by the Aircraft landing gear coming down on approach is intolerable at most times but particularly at 4.30 AM I understand they have linked aircraft noise tduring the night ot increases in resting blood pressure.

We already live under constant noise and pollution from loud aircraft and it is totally unacceptable for the residents of Ealing to be expected to tolerate more.

Further expansion at Heathrow is not a viable long-term solution for air travel. The amount of additional noise and pollution that will deliberately be forced upon many citizens in W-London and beyond is at odds with the policies of any other highly developed nation. They have all chosen to build new capacity where disruption is minimal.

No more short term measures. Aviation needs a long term solution and further expansion at Heathrow is not it.

any heathrow expansion is a very short term measure as demand for air travel will v,soon outstrip its usefulness. Long term, a new airport on the estuary is the obvious answeerness

I live under the Heathrow east side landing flight path, so noisy planes disturb my daytimes & wake me during the night (when planes shouldn't be landing). I am strongly opposed to further airtraffic & runway expansion at Heathrow.

Heathrow is bursting at the seams and we need decent long term alternatives not just a facelift to a terminal building and another runway,

Heathrow blights the lives of tens of thousands of people. In a civilised society we should be trying to improve the quality of life of our people. By all means make an airport hub for London and the South East, but take a leaf out of the book of the developing world - put it out to sea. That way the economically productive members of society will get enough sleep to be able to contribute fully to society and our ecomony.
Heathrow is big enough already!
