The noise of aircraft to and from Heathrow is already excessive. What about the pollution ? Are we not supposed to be driving this down? Why Heathrow? If we need to expand surely we should be considering a more even distribution across the country to areas where there is high unemployment will benefit? Or does the government wish to create a bigger north and south divide. You end up with increased living costs and a bigger shortage of housing. We should be assisting other parts of the country and considering deeply the effect of increased pollution through expansion.

Why build anywhere near London, why not build and use the existing space at Cardiff Wales Airport with trains running up to London. There is plenty of free space plus it already has a BA repair facility on site.

We have enough congestion already in the area there is no need to destroy anymore of the surrounding area with the work involved either

Noice and air pollution is bad enough now, all the potential work on the M25 at junction 14 will be tremendously expensive and disruptive.

We already get low fling military helicopters but the additional aircraft noise is too much
