We already get low fling military helicopters but the additional aircraft noise is too much

dont all scientists telling us about the 2 degree temperature rise all say we need to reduce if not stop burning fossil fuels? how can we do that if we keep expanding air travel?

Absolutely "NO" to a 3rd runway at Heathrow, this goes against the manifesto of all 3 major political parties at the last election. We live with neigh noise and pollution west of London already. How can anyone justify plastering a runway in the doorstep of Runnymede where the Magna Carta was signed, how ironic. Whatever recommendations are made to the government, they must listen first to the voice of then PEOPLE.

Absolutely "NO" to a 3rd runway at Heathrow, this goes against the manifesto of all 3 major political parties at the last election. We live with neigh noise and pollution west of London already. How can anyone justify plastering a runway in the doorstep of Runnymede where the Magna Carta was signed, how ironic. Whatever recommendations are made to the government, they must listen first to the voice of then PEOPLE.

I moved here 30 years ago to get away from the flight path as I cannot cope with the high noise levels I endured in Putney. I too like many people, worry about the safety aspect of many planes flying over the people of London. I always travel from Gatwick or Stanstead to avoid the horrible tedious tube journey to Heathrow. Also, we must all be mindful of the dangers of further pollution for Londoners.

As someone who lives close by, pollution levels already bother me never mind how bad it would get. Yes jobs made but schools, homes & jobs that already exist will get bulldozed!

we shouldn't be starting from here: with LHR situated in such a spot that it requires arrivinjg and departing planes to fly over densely populated London. Consequently I think any further expansion of LHR would be quite misplaced.
