While I'm sure a third runway will bring short term economic gain and look good as a statistic for government ecomonic figures. What about a long term strategic plan for aviation in the UK? We must stop thinking/planning short term and direct funds to a longer term strategic plan (20-30 years) that ensures even spread of flight traffic and pollution across all of London, not just the South West. Direct the money to the right plan now. Future generations will benefit if we make the right decision now.

The expansion might bring some low level jobs to the area however the noise and the damage to the environment will be far greater also politicians and airport management always go back on their promises made to public.

Heathrow expansion is NOT about bringing business to Britain. It is about making money for airlines and making living in West London unbearably noise polluted. The BAA has lied and misrepresented the degenerative health impact of noise pollution.on the well-being of residents so unfortunate as to live anywhere near Heathrow.

Flights over my house and associated intolerable noise have increased dramatically over the last year despite heathrow advising me they are as they were in the 1960's. The evening flights between 10 and 11pm in particular are very disruptive. I strongly object to the proposed Heathrow expansion on the grounds that this will make this only make this worse. In addition I resent the claims by Heathrow that things have not changed since the November 2014 trials.

Air pollution is already chronic in this area and the night flights are horrendous, they do not follow the flight paths and almost laugh at you when you complain!!

Totally unbearable noise in West London. Pilots do not follow regulation to ascend quickly and along designated flight paths. Nobody enforces this. Our family like is a misery as a result. Our baby is woken by the noise.

As a local resident, I object strogly to proposed Heathrow expansion on the grounds of the increases in noise, pollution, traffin and pressure on housing and other infrsatructure, which cannot be accommodated in our region.

Expansion of Heathrow would probable make us leave Datchet. The noise is barely tolerable now any expansion of Heathrow would worsen this situation to the completely intelorable.
