The increased traffic both on the roads and in the air will add to the already crowded streets and sky

In Windsor town centre, the noise of the planes overwhelming. Sometimes the noise is so bad, it’s like switching on a hoover beside the bed! Why fly so low? Our sleep/day/night/work balance is being affected. We don’t want another runway and this should be stopped!

we are horrified at the increased traffic in our area and definitely feel strongly that the air quality and living quality is greatly reduced

The quality of life of residents near to Heathrow airport should be considered before purely commercial reasons

No Heathrow expansion..relocate it

There are too many aircraft over Central London already and any increase is simply unacceptable. As Heathrow already breaches rules on air quality, further expansion is clearly unreasonable. in addition, given the reality of climate change, action to increase flights is clearly not in anyone's long term interests.

The levels of noise and pollution caused by current air traffic are already excessive. Another runway will increase both. Improvements in engine technology reducing emissions will take time to be introduced into service as older aircraft are retired. In the meanwhile, we residents will suffer the consequences.

A 3rd runway would be detrimental to public health

A third runway is only a stop gap solution. A fourth runway will be required in due course, as confirmed by the head of Heathrow's operating company. The problems of access and noise pollution will get progressively worse.

On. environmental and health grounds expansion does not make sense.

Heathrow have changed flight path, planes are coming over this area sometimes after 11 at night. They are still low in the sky and the noise is terrible. The fact heathrow denied this is shocking.. The m25 is a nightmare already I think other options should be considered.

The congestion on the M4 and M25 near Heathrow is already unbearable. Also the noise and pollution from air traffic is already enough for West London and I beleive the increase in air traffic should be with the other major airports, Gatwick being ideally suited.

The flight path has changed again recently and although I have lived in Teickenham Teddington for 26 years the noise level is much louder and more frequent than ever. Expanding the airport would be intolerable for most residents.

We already have planes flying over our house at times they didn't before, when we are trying to sleep.

I live in Egham, constantly harassed by aircraft passing directly overhead. We have to close all patio doors and windows in order to listen to/watch television, plus air quality.! Fed up with Heathrow, fed up with British airways, both laying smokescreens,as to the benefits of further expansion, E.G hub airport. Why should anyone want to fly to LHR in order to fly to Frankfurt/Milan/Madrid Etc: when they can fly direct from other continents direct.!! I firmly believe that Heathrow airports,British Airways and our Government are all in collusion.!!

It makes no sense to expand LHR when climate change is becoming ever more pressing and we should all fly a lot less.

Londoners are affected by aeroplane noise and pollution all over the capital NOT just around the immediate environs of Heathrow.

expanding Heathrow is antisocial - noisy, air-polluting, asthma encouraging, - irritating both the ears and the lungs, and just far too near to densely populated areas to be anything but dangerous.

This extra runway should not be constructed in this area - we already have far too much interruption to our area with the ongoing and continuous flights from Heathrow. Please consider our community !!!

I totally object to the Heathrow expansion. I, and lots of residents in East Dulwich, are continually woken from 4am almost every day. The planes are about every 30 seconds for at least 2 hours afterwhich they seem to fly higher. This will seriously affect the health of lots of people.
