Heathrow already has the capacity to cope with future needs. It's just so badly run that even two extra runways wouldn't solve the problem of poor scheduling and half-empty planes.

A good front door, a purpose-built airport for the 21st Century on the Thames Estuary is the way forward for world class impact, jobs, and respect for the environment to be shown including noise orepresent this country and respect its residents, including those thousands who presently suffer the noise and overhead danger possibility. How can we trust those making decisions when these elements seem to be being ignored.

It would be typical of George Osborne to support this proposal

Expanding an airport that has clearly been in the wrong place for decades would be madness. Let's build a new airport in the Thames estuary, the obvious site to minimise nuisance to people, and a better use of taxpayers' money than HS2.

I am totally against any further aircraft movement over the LB of Richmond. I am particularly concerned about any changes to the alternation that at least affords some respite.

i feel every person has a right to have a decent nights sleep. Londoners should not have to hear and epxerience plane noise during core sleeping hours.

The Government should take a leaf out of the German Government's approach, and build new purpose built airports somewhere greenfield and fit for the future.

The noise from 2 runways is bad, three would be 50% worse

Heathrow does not need a Third runway . This is a very short sighted strategy .The air and noise pollution is far too high-unheathly for people live under the flypath. Not only that whenever there is fog Heathrow will cancel the flying ,like this morning 11th December but Gatewick and Standard are not affected. Heathrow is just the wrong site for any expansion.Gatewick and Standard are right site for expansion in term of not affected by bad weather as Heathrow does. The only improvement is to improve the link to Heathrow. For the long term London do need a new airport in the Thames estuary -it is better to have have planes fly over the water than the densely populated areas.

NO TO HEATHROW EXPANSION.I strongly oppose any further increase in flights or runways at Heathrow.Living under the flight path is apalling. It is the first sound in the morning, being woken at 4.30am, and the last sound at night;it is already intolerable. It causes stress due to lack of sleep; there is no longer a quiet place to be outside and windows have to be closed. There is no possibility to move residence due to ridiculous house prices.NO NO NO TO HEATHROW EXPANSION.

The air space over Heathrow is crowded enough as it is. One aircraft coming down over West London would have catastophic consequences.

If Heathrow expands in any way I will be leaving mortlake and will never vote conservative again. It will be a total betrayl.
