The noise under a flight path is bad enough! No to expansion! We don't all have country homes to escape to!!

Shame on the Govt. Airport Commission. Residents are treated like an irrelevance yet again.

If heathrow expansion goes ahead I am changing my vote from Conservative to Liberal or Labour

It's absurd that people should come to Heathrow from other parts of Britain; much better to provide more or expanded local airports to serve other parts of the country. Why should we suffer for the benefit of others?

So many better alternatives.

I believe we should be facilitating a super-comptitive multi hub for the whole city

The expansion of Heathrow would make life intolerable under the flight paths. Noise pollution affects too many people already.

During the last week, heathrow has been in chaos, due to technical problems with air traffic control at Swanwick, and cancellations due to fog. The common-sense situation for airport expansion is in the Thames Estuary, at the point where air traffic enters the UK. Flying across the whole of London, and stacking over the east of London makes sense only to those who raise the issue of Heathrow expansion again. I doubt they suffer the noise, filth, pollution, health problems and the risk of accident, that we all suffer from Heathrow's air traffic.

Protect the people of west london against this expansion. The area is so densely populated and the noise would cause huge impact plus the increased pollution and tragfic that cannot be sustained in this area.

SW London is already blighted by high levels of aircraft noise. In the past it has been argued that thsi will reduce as larger and quieter planes but wre have not seen this happen in pratice - it is still very noisy !

We're supposed to be all in this together! Let's share the burden of flights with other areas more fairly.

For the families living close to Heathrow and suffering the huge noise and vibration that wakes them at 4.30 every morning, any increase in flights and noise would be a catastrophe.
