the road and rail links into london cannot cope now.and will collapse with further traffic. a decision for expansion is a lazy quick fix that will not solve the problem in the long term

Expand Gatwick not Heathrow. Noise pollution in West London is already terrible

For residents to suffer an increased amount of noise under the flightpath is not only intolerable but, with an increased number of flights is nothing short of safety foolhardiness.awe

Anyone who is proexpansion of Heathrow should be forced to reside in or around that area and suffer the impact of noise and airpolution It's bad enough now, Wise up before it's too late.

The dangers of expansion to Heathrow are clear. With high density population, near-miss collision is a real threat. The health of residents is already at risk because of persistent aircraft noise and pollution. There ARE alternatives to expanding Heathrow, so please act responsiblyand honourably to choose one of them instead of this madness.

Ongoing night flights will continue to impact negatively on my and my family's life. I cannot even comprehend the terrible impact an additional runway would have.

Expansion of Heathrow would be a disaster. Too much noise, too much pollution, too much traffic congestion in west London with people trying to get there.

I live very close to the flightpath and regularly have my sleep and peace generally disturbed by planes. Expansion of Heathrow will increase this and extend it to many others. It would be much better to build a new airport in the Thames estuary.

The health and well-being of millions of London residents is put at risk for the sake of maintaining a business edge over other countries. This is inhumane and neither a third, fourth or fifth runway must be built at Heathrow. There are many other ways to solve this problem.

One day a plane will crash near the airport and kill a lot of people.

'NO!' to further Heathrow expansion. With the airport in this location, just to the west of the metropolis, too many lives are being blighted by aircraft noise and pollution.

We already suffer intolerable aircraft noise from 4.30 am until almost midnight. This is an unacceptable situation and detrimental to health. An expansion of Heathrow will have a hugely negative and damaging effect on residents living under the flight path. DON'T EXPAND HEATHROW

I have recently moved from Barnes having lived there for 14 years. The constant noise from the aeroplanes was just horrendous and this expansion is only going to make things worse. Please have some thought for residents as this is not acceptable.
No to third runway!
