NO TO MORE RUNWAYS. Am very strongly opposed to the expansion of Heathrow and to the building of any more run ways. There is no real long term need and the cost in terms of noise pollution to those of us who live under the flight path is just enormous. Noise from planes blights my life and I'm sure many thousands of others too. Find another way! We shouldn't be encouraging people to fly more when the world is rapidly running out of resources.

Heathrow's expansion cost in terms of reduced quality of life to millions far outweighs any financial benefit. As a society, Gatwick or the Isle of Grain as solutions have a much lower total cost of ownership.
