A third runway at Heathrow is not an acceptable option. The 5th Terminal was approved on the express condition that no third runway be built. We who are living under Heathrow's flight path are fed up being lied to over and over again.

Been woken up at 5am three mornings in a row by early morning planes. But the main point is traffic should be moved away from London as much as possible.

South West London is already blighted by aircraft noise. I am regularly woken just after 4am when the first flight comes into Heathrow. Be bold and build a new hub airport in the Thames estuary

LHR is in the wrong place. Pollution by noise and aerial discharge is at unacceptable levels. There is no space for a new runway without wholly unthinkable disruption to peoples homes and livelihoods together with increased pollution. Alternative solutions must be pursued.

The increased noise and pollution are going to ruin too many people's lives. There are other options that can fulfil the requirements, the easier and maybe the cheapest should not be the main consideration. Lives and quality of life is paramount.

I thought we lived in a democracy where major decisions such as this are properly presented to the thousands who will be adversely affected beefier ore it is recommended in parliament. I canon lay conclude that narrow self interest of those in positions of influence are wielding this without due regard for others. I hope that our representatives I the House have enough integrity to meet this sort of action with the firm challenge it requires and put the matter openly before ALL those concerned. We have a world full of evidence of the destruction wreaked by greed and governments implicated in collusion with those selfish unethical interests.
