Building a third runway is completely incompatible with our commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions under the Paris Accord and our own Climate Change Act.

No expansion of aviation if we are serious about addressing climate change.

I raised many warning for Noise Pollution reporting flight time and decibel. I had to install double and triple glaze qindows to sleep properly. better to expand to Gatwick. Flights are descending from Clapham common SW and then go over W. better Gatwick

Why increase capacity in London, increase capacity at other airports around the country like Birmingham. Cheaper to implement reducing travel from the North of the country to Heathrow . Heathrow expansion is just vanity project for London business and not practical.

This is a shameful decision on many levels, pollution, climate change, noise levels, sustainability. Can we not for once as a country take a lead on putting environmental considerations to the forefront?

I'm an American, and you could say I have no dog in this fight. However, I have spent months in Britain and loved it; I've recently read Bryson's book, "On the Road to Little Dribbling" which talks about what will be lost if Heathrow expands. And, what about climate change; what about the thousands displaced; what about the many doomed to live with the noise and pollution of air traffic?? What a sad, demoralizing decision. has been made.

Pollution of air, noise levels and traffic volumes are unacceptable
