Please know that West Chester University did not invite Trump to campus. Our university is public, which means anyone is welcome. That is why many of us are protesting!

I find it sad that in todays world we as students are so sensitive to everything and anything. Just because you do not believe Trump would make a good president, does not mean your opinion stands for everyone. If you do not agree with Mr. Trump, do not go to the rally. The rally is for Trump supporters. Stop being offended by every little thing that happens to us as students. Trump giving a rally at WCU will have little to no effect on our lives. If you disagree , then stand outside of his rally and protest. But do not complain and make a petition because you do not agree with his point of views. The world will not end when he speaks here nor will damage the image of WCU.

For West Chester University, the communities surrounding it, and the people like me whose lives have been profoundly enriched by all of the love and peaceful strength that both have in abundance, no thank you, Mr. Trump.

This is not what West Chester us about or what it represents. I am a parent of a student who believes my child's safety in being jeopardized by inviting this man to the campus. Too much violence when he is around because he entices it.
