I've lived in Barrhaven since 1987. This is not the same community I imagined myself living in. When people purchased their homes in the Highbury Park or Chapman Mills areas, they never expected they would have an asylum for refugees and homeless in their back yards. So where does that leave us? Who will be here to protect them and us? How is this facility being managed? And why is Barrhaven on the radar for TWO sites? Enough already!!
