I understand the need of helping others but Barrhaven is already congested. Would this type of structure depreciate the value of the neighborhood? Would it increase our taxes at some point?

Understanding the need to accomodate these folks, I strongly disagree with the proposed location of Barrhaven.

The city must do a better job of consulting with residents of affected communities before making decisions like this. While we recognize the importance of supporting asylum seekers, it's crucial that taxpayer concerns and community peace are prioritized in these discussions.

Long term residence, Children and grandchild live in Barrhaven.

This is the last thing Barrhaven needs as we are already overpopulated and with not enough roads for the amount of people and Cars now, please leave our Barrhaven alone, thank you

Use abandoned govt buildings instead.

We lack the infrastructure for our already growing community. Have other options such as Rockcliffe park been considered? Why build out in the suburbs and not use the vacant buildings downtown?

DO NOT bring tents and asylum seekers to the suburbs of Barrhaven. For the amount we pay in taxes (which is way too much) we should NOT have asylum seekers here. Send them some where else, like up North.

No tent in Barrhaven, not only traffic is already insane in the are but the population is overflowing, populate small towns and create new job places for people but don’t screw us that have been working hard for years and years to live with dignity.

Totally unacceptable to have this in barrhaven. It will affect young kids and barrhaven is full of new immigrants and young families.
