Imagine :
A barrhaven town center, a community filled with all families, parents and kids.
Visiting town center and see the plazas all filled with asylum seekers and other people not generally seen in any suburb.
NO city would do it, not only it brings bad name for the town, already tarnished reputation of Ottawa as compared to other big 4 big cities make it more awful.
Request to think about and consider why people prefer to raise families in suburbs of big cities.
