No Tent

I was a refugee from Uganda. The last thing I would have wanted is to be located in a tent middle of winter.

Barrhaven is not the place for this encampment.

Either house people permanently or not at all. This solution is unacceptable and not sustainable.

Spend more time on lowering our taxes and making transit better

Not in my city! Council just think they can do what they want jeapardizing Barrhaven residents and the lives and safety of these immigrants at the same time.

I don't want those shelters located in Barrhaven. There are federal government empty buildings in downtown and could be used .

The site is completely not appropriate. There are so many other places in the city. Why the voting was done at summer time when majority of residents were on vacation

No Tent please

We have newcomers begging for money to feed their families at bust intersections in Barrhaven. There are big problems and we don't need anymore.

Put it out in the country where there is a less chance of vandalism, petty theft etc. Barrhaven has no place for this structure

There is NO reason to do this in Barrhaven, there is plenty of room downtown in the vacant Government Buildings. This is a subdivision with so many kids. The vacant buildings downtown is perfect to house all the unhoused individuals!!!!!!

we dont need anymore migrants especially in Barrhaven!
