No shelter for homeless. Our Otto city can accommodate immigrants and refugees in vacant buildings in other less dense areas.

I’m opposed to these structures being set up in a community where there are so many infrastructure and roads issues. With the communities growing at the pace they are why are we not using permanent empty government buildings?
