This is not a solution, rather the introduction of a colossal problem for Barrhaven

This is ridiculous, it is a huge concern to our community. We already have encampments where people have deceased, portable housing on our streets and begging in our streets…

Look at all the unused existing office buildings for this purpose versus taking over more land. DT is closer to services as well. This is silly and a waste of money not to mention hurting the values of our homes we purchased out here.

Barrhaven does not have the capacity to house these people. The infrastructure also cannot accommodate please look elsewhere.

Just a bandaid on a huge wound. The general public doesn’t actually believe that these structures will be “temporary”. What about all the empty buildings in the downtown core? Can one not be refurbished into rooms?

I feel this would be a disservice to our community. With so many people coming in and out I don’t think it will be safe with all of our families and children. I feel there are much more suitable places for this to go.

I, a Barrhaven resident, law abiding citizen and a tax payer do not give my consent to turn our community into bedlam.

Absolutely no tents need to be installed here! As it is we are dealing with some super road racing already plus deep congestion already!
