The crime rates (sex trafficking, car thefts, stealing, murder) and there has already been an overflow of immigrants just in the barrhaven area. Put the tent where there’s more space. We love to help people but with the lack of screening before bringing people in to the country, we no longer feel safe. It’s a matter of safety, not only the other reasons stated in the petition itself.

I feel a tent is not a short term solution considering our harsh climate and a lack to human dignity. There has to be a better use of downtown office buildings for this purpose.
