No tent in Barrhaven

Barrhaven is not an appropriate place for this.

We the low income canadians waited over 10 years not getting our subsidize house and we have to pay expensive apartment and yet you have money and effort for this people this is unfair to us and why it’s so close to neighbourhood and school this is not safe for our kids a lot of people reported in barrhaven community about perverts taking picture and showing their private parts in the park where kids are should be where not a lot of people affected. Canada is big why not put it where not a lot of people lives.

This is a terrible idea. Crime rate is already a problem in barrhaven we don’t need this in a suburban area.

This will increase crime in the area and we're living out in suburbs to be away from these issues which are increasing in downtown Ottawa

Barrhaven is a nice community, but it’s getting more and more violent. We don’t need tents attracting more drugs and homelessness

I agree with this petition. Barrhaven is not the right place for such a structure. It will cause issues for locals AND for the refugees who use it.

Absolutely no encampment in Barrhaven. Go put it around Trudeau's cottage.

I absolutely disagree with the property proposed for this . There are other areas that are suitable. Try the old air force base for one.
