I am opposed of the proposed supportive housing project, because of the additional traffic cutting through Sage Creek, devaluation of homes, and theft concerns.

We feel this is not a good location for everyone involved. Transportation, grocery stores and medical facilities are not readily available for access. Lots of seniors in the area.

My house faces cougar rd and I am constantly seeing police, ambulance, and fire trucks stopping on this street on a regular basis. I have children's who like to play their yard and I would be afraid to let them if this was to happen. I do not want this in our neighborhood.

We already have enough problems with break ins. We live in a gated community and there are still a lot of problems. We are mostly seniors living here, and do not need a wet facility this close by. If we’re dry it may make a difference, but really I think this population needs to be closer to resources like shopping and medical services.

Could present a danger to our community with drug use, thefts, etc.

This could present danger to our community, if residents need drugs or any other addictions robbery is a worry. This is not the proper area, mostly seniors live in this area.

I am opposed to "Wet Facilities" being built anywhere. It is not the way to fight crime or curtail the use of drugs alcohol.
However, I'm all for rehabilitation of those who have fallen victim to a nasty habit.
Accordingly, I'm very much opposed to having a Wet Facility on my doorstep

Shouldn't this facility be better suited in a more industrial area. As a home owner at Sage Creek all our property value will decline significantly.

I purposefully bought my home in Sage Creek to feel safe, and this proposition will definitely make me feel extremely unsafe.

We have submitted a letter to WFN explaining why this is a horrible proposal for our community. I strongly disagree with this!

I dont think that these types of services belong in a residential area. Put them in a industrial setting This would be best for all
